We host fun and inventive events where good food, live music, and social connection come together in unusual venues. Our events are relaxed and welcoming to everyone: singles hoping to mingle, families looking for a memorable time together, and music lovers of all ages.

Our first event is already in the works: a dine and music night in an unexpected space (details TBC). This will be the start of something new: intimate, creative evenings where food and performance belong together.

Our Vision

The idea for Marianes Lounge started at home, where my favourite nights are spent cooking, playing music, and talking late into the night. But my flat can only hold so many people. The Lounge is my way of scaling that feeling up, combining the warmth of a house party, the sociability of a pub, and the magic of a concert hall.

Each event is shaped around real passions. I ask everyone involved, musicians, artists, staff, even venue partners, three questions: What’s your favourite music? What’s your favourite art? What’s your favourite food? Their answers guide the design of the night. That way, the sound, the taste, the visuals, and the mood connect in a way that is authentic to everyone involved.

The format is simple: live music, good food, and a welcoming vibe. Early events will be small pop-ups in unusual venues, with solo acts or duos and set menus designed to match the music. Musicians will know they’re playing for an attentive audience that values their style. Guests will know they’re in for something different, an evening where food and music sit side by side, not as an afterthought but as one whole experience.

Marianes Lounge is both a dream and a real business. It’s starting small, but the vision is clear: to create memorable nights, give artists a fair stage, and build a brand rooted in creativity and connection.

We are always looking for musicians to join our events. We believe in paying a fair fee and we are only still a small company, so we are only able to consider solo or duet acts at the moment.

We are particularly keen on any instrument players, if you are happy to play within the Jazz/ Classical vibes, we’d love to hear from you!
