Miso Chicken & Greens Bowl

Ingredients
Pre-cooked chicken breast
Tenderstem broccoli
Edamame beans
Spring onions
White miso paste
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Lime

Method
Steam or microwave the vegetables, warm the chicken, whisk miso with a splash of hot water, soy and a drizzle of sesame oil, then pour over everything. Add a squeeze of lime to finish it.

Healthy, high in protein and full of comforting flavours.

To change things up, try adding a drizzle of chilli oil and a splash of rice vinegar to the miso sauce, then throw in some bok choy with the vegetables.
